Error: (1213) Invalid path to Data Dictionary

I attempted to re-download and install the National Accounts program for testing purposes.  Now I get the error ' (1213) Invalid path to Data Dictionary'.  What is the easiest way to correct this error.

Found my issue in doing the re-install....all is good!
